Auto ownerS insurance - south campus

The Auto-Owners South Campus project consisted of a complete renovation of the former Blue Cross Blue Shield Lansing office into new office space for Auto-Owners Insurance Company. The three-story building was reorganized to meet the programmatic needs of the relocated personnel. This complete renovation included office space, break rooms, toilet rooms, both employee and main building entrances, and the addition of a circulating stair in the existing atrium space of the building.
