Board of Water and Light - Haco Rd Service Center

The Lansing Board of Water and Light renovated an existing office and warehouse facility to serve as office and business support spaces for approximately 160 employees. Programmatic requirements consisted of open office area, training rooms, lab spaces, fitness area and locker rooms, and a customer service center. Improvements included a complete overhaul of the HVAC systems, IT systems improvements, daylighting and lighting upgrades and new finishes throughout. The renovated facility achieved LEED Gold certification.
