The new Forest Area Credit Union Branch on the north side of Kalkaska was developed as new location to provide Services to Members. The new branch followed a visioning process, that identified the goals and vision of the Forest Area Credit Union Board and Leadership. The branch uses the new model of branch operations with the use of recyclers and pods in place of the traditional teller line. Other features include Member Service Rooms, Greeters Station and Member Lounge area within the Lobby.
